Mechanically, leaving an amp on the floor (or worse, carpet!) is a very bad idea. Many sound-degrading, long-wave vibrations are present in even poured concrete floors, negatively impacting resolution and tonal balance.

S3-B uses the exact same hardware, but has a smaller shelf that accommodates gear up to 16" wide x 19" deep.
