Employees of the Year

At WecoSound, our Employee of the Year recognition is typically shared among several standout team members who meet and exceed their goals. This year, many people performed well and successfully filled their quotas. But Mike Franco’s performance went far beyond that. 

While others met expectations, Mike Franco exceeded his quota by an incredible 80% compared to last year, a level of growth and consistency that could not be recognized alongside a shared award. Because of this exceptional achievement, we made the decision to dedicate an entire page solely to Mike.
